Job summary
Hood Builder, Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Install & Service Technician to lead residential and light commercial projects in Denver. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- 5–7+ years of HVAC installation and service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service work
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
