Job summary
Champion Comfort Experts is hiring an HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team across residential and commercial projects. You will oversee installation operations, ensure quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency, and drive top‑notch customer experiences.
The role requires 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience, the ability to train others, and a current H3-1 HVAC license in NC or SC. A valid driver’s license and clean record are a must. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to train and mentor Install Technicians.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; pass background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HVAC installation operations for residential and commercial projects.
- Perform and supervise quality and safety inspections on installations.
- Coordinate with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to installation staff.
- Plan installations, set goals, and drive a culture of safety and integrity.
