Job summary

JD Precision in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to run installation projects from start to finish. You will lead and train on-site, install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, and ensure work meets code and safety standards while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will collaborate with the SRM/Comfort Advisor, stay current with industry standards, complete required safety and testing reports, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, AC, heat pumps, ducts per standards.
• Lead and train installation assistant on site.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation.
• Ensure safety, start-up testing, and proper documentation.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Project Management to stay on schedule.
• Stay current with industry standards and codes.
