JD Precision is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to manage installation jobs from start to finish in Conroe, TX. You will lead and train the installation assistant, ensure installations meet code standards, and deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience of at least 2 years.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the installation assistant on site, ensuring safe and efficient work.
• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork per standards.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure readiness.
• Protect the customer’s home during installation and perform startup/testing of systems.
• Complete safety and QA reports and job site checklists, adhering to procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers to complete installations on schedule and stay updated with codes.
