Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a Senior HVAC Install Supervisor in Rocky Mount, VA. The role supervises residential HVAC installations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion while serving as the primary liaison with customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read installation requirements and company SOPs. A valid driver's license is required.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience and strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold Installers and Apprentices accountable for quality and performance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound field decisions.
• Ability to read and understand installation requirements, equipment matchups, materials, and company SOPs.

Senior HVAC Install Supervisor

$32 - $40 per hour

This job reports daily to Rocky Mount, VA

YOUR NEW ROLE:

The Senior HVAC Install Supervisor oversees HVAC installation projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards. This position serves as a key link between the company and the customer, impacting customer satisfaction, reputation, and overall success.

The Senior HVAC Install Supervisor works closely with the HVAC Manager to make field decisions, resolve issues, and ensure installation teams have the direction and resources needed to succeed. This position may coach installers and apprentices and interact with customers, vendors, suppliers to facilitate the best customer service experience possible.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold Installers and Apprentices accountable for quality and performance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound field decisions.
• Ability to read and understand installation requirements, equipment matchups, materials, and company SOPs.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, team members, office staff, and vendors.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple installation projects and ensure timely completion.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, accurate paperwork, and protecting customer property.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
