Job summary

Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking an Electrical Install Manager to own the electrical installation process from scheduling through completion. You will coordinate with customers, field teams, sales, subcontractors, and leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.

You’ll manage multiple projects, review job costs, materials, and profitability while upholding quality standards and exceptional customer service. Field work is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical field experience.
• Strong scheduling and multi-project coordination abilities.
• Experience managing job costs, materials, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules and job costing.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, installers, and site inspections.
• Keep customers, field teams, sales, and leadership informed of schedules and changes.
• Conduct project quality reviews and ensure installation standards are met.
• Support field teams and develop cost-saving ideas to improve profitability.
