One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Lead Installer to manage HVAC installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee dispatching, materials, safety, and crews while developing staff and maintaining a positive work environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and HVAC installation experience; NATE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience as Installation Technician in HVAC is required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck inventory and maintenance.
• Oversees the building and completion of installation job packets.
• Ensures complete and accurate forms in job folders.
• Accurate ordering of materials to complete each installation.
• Approves assignment of installation crews to each installation job.
• Oversees coordination of materials procurement with approved vendors for efficiency and cost.
• Tracks unused materials and reuses or returns as applicable.
• Oversees inventory of truck and warehouse material and product stock.
• Maintains safety and quality by scheduling monthly safety meetings.
• Conducts regular job site and truck inspections.
• Filing permits for installations requiring local permits.
• Maintains departmental budget expectations including job costing analysis.
