One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician with 7+ years of field experience to join our service team. You will supervise technicians, diagnose complex HVAC issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship in residential and light commercial settings.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving, and excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 7 years of HVAC technician experience
• NATE certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Lead and mentor other HVAC technicians
• Order parts and supplies as needed
• Ensure work meets company and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
