You will supervise crews, ensure installations meet quality standards and code requirements, and provide technical guidance and hands-on support. Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising installation teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to installers as needed.
• Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship; assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members.
• Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality.
