Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead residential installation teams in the field and ensure installations meet quality standards and code requirements.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, productivity monitoring, and collaboration with operations and sales to drive successful project execution. The position builds on more than 40 years of service with a focus on quality workmanship, leadership development, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising installation teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field
• Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands‑on support to installers as needed
• Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship
• Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members
• Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality
