F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead our residential installation teams and ensure quality workmanship in the field.

You will supervise crews, ensure code compliance, mentor installers, and coordinate with operations and sales to keep projects on track. This role demands strong technical knowledge and proven leadership in a fast-growing home services company in Virginia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading or supervising installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license (21+).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to installers as needed.
• Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members.
• Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality.
