Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Electrical Inc is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential install teams and support field operations from our Rockville, MD area.

You will ensure installations meet quality standards, assist sales colleagues, and keep detailed job documentation. The role requires at least 5 years in residential HVAC, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC.
• Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications.
• Ability to inspire and drive growth among team members.
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
• Confident and decisive communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HVAC install teams in the field.
• Aid sales consultants in determining best course of action for installs as directed by management.
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
