The role requires 4–6 years of relevant foreman experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to professional communication and safety standards on active job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related foreman experience may substitute.
• 4–6 years in foreman or lead roles within HVAC or industrial settings.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Ensure safety standards and quality are maintained on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed to meet timelines.
• Maintain records and reporting related to projects and tasks.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership with scheduling and on-site activities.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
