Abstrakt Marketing Group seeks a seasoned HVAC General Superintendent to oversee field operations for HVAC and mechanical construction across multiple projects. You will ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while upholding design specs and company standards.

With 10+ years in field leadership, you’ll command HVAC systems, scheduling, blueprints, and OSHA rules. You’ll mentor crews, coordinate with project management, drive productivity across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HVAC/mechanical construction with progressive field leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical installations.
• Understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination.
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per contract specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across job sites.
• Monitor project schedules and address delays or risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Promote accountability and high-performance standards across field teams.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct site visits and safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to align field execution with goals.
