Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical installations.
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling and field coordination.
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across HVAC/mechanical construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per contract specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across job sites.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field personnel.
