Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC or related technical field.
• Prior experience with Trane Technologies products or similar HVAC systems preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers and technicians via phone, email, and onsite.
• Deliver and reinforce service bulletins and technical updates.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs for technicians.
• Support key customer relationships and technical consultation.
• Investigate product performance concerns and document findings.
• Manage corrective action programs and warranty-related activities.
• Respond to consumer inquiries and escalated service complaints.
