Job summary

Arise Equity Management in San Marcos, TX invites an HVAC Lead Maintenance technician to oversee the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents and staff. You will perform Make Ready tasks, manage punch lists, and coordinate with the Community Manager to keep maintenance within budget and on schedule.

Strong safety, teamwork, and quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make Readies : make ready process, float and texture, hardware installation, flooring, paint, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, caulking, windows
• Completes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work in a make ready by using the right-hand method
• Obtains approval of the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work
• Utilizes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST during the make ready by initial izing completed scopes
• Completes independent quality review s for the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST
