- Must be HVAC certified
- 2+ years plumbing & maintenance experience
- 3+ years as Maintenance Engineer or similar role
Responsibilities
- Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment
- Monitors public space temperatures and makes adjustments
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC and plumbing equipment
- Maintains records of preventive maintenance and repairs
- Attends to building maintenance and preventive programs using HVAC and plumbing skills
