The Westin at Frenchman\'s Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to support the Director of Engineering and lead our maintenance team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role focuses on safe, reliable operation of our facilities and equipment in a luxury resort setting. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, coordinate with contractors, maintain inventories, and keep accurate maintenance records while upholding safety

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven leadership skills to manage a maintenance team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Technical certifications or licenses are a plus
• Proficiency with maintenance management software desirable
