• Proficiency with design software and load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff, and self-perform mechanical design and project tasks.
• Lead HVAC, piping, and controls design from concept through CD with coordination across teams.
• Coordinate with architects, electrical, and other engineers; manage RFI responses and submittals.
• Prepare design deliverables and assist with construction administration and field verification.
• Support business development and prepare or assist with owner submittals.
