Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer III to maintain and troubleshoot hotel and casino facilities' HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will support preventative maintenance, lead complex repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the property.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance programs, reading electrical drawings, and mentoring junior staff while coordinating with leadership on project execution.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent education accepted.
• Experience in general maintenance with electrical and mechanical focus is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety materials.
• Strong written communication for reporting and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for property systems.
• Inspect and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including air units, water heaters, and compressors.
• Create and review electrical drawings and coordinate with leadership for project approvals.
• Lead safety compliance activities and participate in Electrical Reviews and project assessments.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and document resolutions.
