Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to develop, maintain, and coordinate the HVAC team’s work schedule while ensuring all systems run reliably. The role trains staff on department procedures, monitors performance, and conducts safety meetings to uphold high service, safety, and reliability standards.

The position requires 2–4 years of HVAC experience with supervisory capabilities, familiarity with schematics, and adherence to codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.
• 2–4 years of related HVAC experience; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• California driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system diagrams.
• Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and coordinates work schedule for the HVAC team.
• Trains HVAC team on policies and procedures and documents the training.
• Monitors and documents team members' guest service and technical performance; conducts weekly safety training meetings.
• Oversees repair of HVAC systems, components, and equipment; responds to trouble calls and work orders.
• Plans layout of HVAC equipment, ducts, and electrical systems; prepares cost estimates and bill of materials.
