Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks an Engineer II to perform intermediate maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout the property, ensuring safe, reliable operation for guests and staff. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, executing preventive maintenance, reading blueprints, and applying safety standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent plus technical certs in relevant trades are preferred; minimum two years in facilities maintenance in a 24/7

Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of maintenance and repair methods for commercial building systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams; familiarity with CMMS/BAS preferred.
Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance, engineering, or skilled trade experience in a 24/7 environment.
Proactive about safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Performs intermediate maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Inspects buildings and equipment to ensure proper functionality across departments.
Maintains and services HVAC systems and other mechanical support systems.
Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures and electrical components as needed.
Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
