Qualifications

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Design-Build experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods and municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate all assigned projects accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with contractors and architects on discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and final estimate sheets.
• Maintain accurate documentation for estimates.
