Job summary
TUDI Mechanical Systems, Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Design Engineer to design and support high-quality solutions for commercial projects.
You will partner with sales, project management, and field teams to perform site surveys and develop engineered system designs that meet customer needs and performance standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales to develop fully engineered solutions, presenting recommendations, and providing technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years' HVAC industry experience.
- Experience with heating and cooling load calculations.
- Proficient in CAD and drafting software technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop fully engineered mechanical solutions.
- Perform site surveys to interpret customer needs and assess project requirements.
- Design and develop customized solutions based on customer needs/requirements.
- Present and review mechanical system design project recommendations.
- Provide technical support/guidance to project manager and field, as needed.
