Legence, a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years in HVAC design-build to lead projects and mentor engineers. You will coordinate across disciplines, from concept through construction documents, while engaging clients and stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a CA PE, AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam proficiency, and strong knowledge of Codes and LEED

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
• 8+ years in HVAC design-build environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam
• Experience leading design-build projects and mentoring teams

Mansioni

• Design bespoke building mechanical and plumbing systems
• Perform load calculations for heating, cooling, ventilation
• Lead design reviews and improve product quality
• Oversee multiple projects with budget and schedule adherence
• Interface with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Produce and review drawings, submittals, specs
