Job summary

Parity Inc. is seeking a Sr. Controls System Building Engineer for the New York metro area. You will ensure client buildings integrate with the Parity platform, using HVAC automation and controls know‑how to deliver optimal energy performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Product teams to quote, set‑up and optimize buildings, lead installation, and ensure high‑quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering with focus on HVAC/building automation.
• 5-8 years experience in HVAC controls or related areas.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to develop project scopes, energy savings estimates, installation costs, and incentives.
• Provide technical support to sales during the sales process.
• Lead installation and setup from kickoff to commissioning, managing timelines and budgets.
