Trane Technologies is hiring a Senior Controls Project Manager in Lubbock, TX. You will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management and customer satisfaction for Commercial HVAC Controls / Building Automation projects. You will lead the project team and act as a SME on HVAC controls for the business.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules and ensuring successful project delivery across multi-building or complex control systems.

Responsabilités

• Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation and proposals.
• Responsible for change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes and closing orders.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives by building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, developing communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status.
• Create and maintain project schedules generating task, dependencies, milestones, critical path, and planning needs with resource constraints.
• Lead all aspects of project administration including contract clauses, cost/schedule validation, compliance, documentation, safety guidelines and pre-bid meetings.
