Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in HVAC/BAS controls and project management preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including cash flow, forecasts, and cost-to-complete.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ process and subcontractor execution.
• Coordinate with technicians and stakeholders to ensure progress and plan reviews.
• Handle change order management and pricing discussions with sales/estimating.
