Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks an HVAC Project Manager to lead large mechanical and plumbing construction efforts in a full-time role. You will manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders, while coordinating with subs and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with HVAC contractors on large commercial projects, a degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Local candidate preferred.
• Familiar with local and state HVAC and/or Plumbing codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects (50k–$30M+).
• Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.
