Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical contracting.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $5M+ in mechanical scope preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling software and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout activities.
• Monitor project financials including labor productivity, material costs, and profitability.
