Job summary

Haven Services is seeking a Senior HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role demands leadership of field teams, coordination of subcontractors, and rigorous adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive HVAC construction experience, strong client-management skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $250,000 to $10M+.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Lead projects and coordinate manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; monitor costs and productivity.
• Maintain client relations and communicate project progress to owners and architects.
• Provide leadership to field teams and assist in workforce planning.
• Promote safety and ensure quality in accordance with OSHA standards.
