Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and BMS maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on HVAC projects.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
