Job summary

General Services Corp. is seeking a Service Technician III to perform HVAC repair, appliance service, and general maintenance in our community properties in North Carolina. The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

You will work with a supportive team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and contribute to a well-maintained living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skill.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
