Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years in design and engineering of high-voltage transmission lines.
• Knowledge of overhead transmission line design, standards, and practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects from planning to construction.
• Familiar with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV transmission line design from development through commissioning.
• Serve as technical lead coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop designs, calculations, drawings, specs, and deliverables.
• Ensure designs meet client standards, safety codes, and regs.
• Mentor engineers and provide guidance to staff.
• Engage with clients and present project updates and risk assessments.
• Travel up to 20% within North America.
