Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver is seeking an Electrical Engineer 3 to lead high and medium voltage design and delivery across the Rowan portfolio. The role focuses on transmission, substation and distribution design from concept through energization, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.

The candidate will be a technical SME, mentor teams, and coordinate with utilities, procurement, and clients to meet project goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 6+ years’ experience in transmission, substation and distribution design/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of transmission, substation and distribution infrastructure from concept to energization.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with procurement, utilities, and clients to deliver projects.
• Support RFPs and ensure proposals meet technical requirements.
• Establish engineering standards and contribute to Rowan’s scalability.
