Job summary

Air Liquide in Pasadena, TX is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to support and enhance safety and reliability of medium/high voltage systems and motors. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in Maximo, coordinating field technicians and vendors.

The role requires at least 5 years in plant electrical maintenance, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work shifts and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in plant electrical maintenance.
• Experience with medium/high voltage distribution systems and motors.
• Experience in troubleshooting plant electrical maintenance problems.
• CMMS experience with Maximo preferred.
• Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization.
• Proactive planning and scheduling of maintenance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work extended hours, on call, and shift work as needed.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to field personnel in motors and distribution equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance and turnarounds.
• Lead maintenance planning and budget coordination.
• Develop maintenance strategies based on RCA and risk analysis.
