Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC in Pasadena, TX is hiring a High Voltage Electrical Technician to support medium/high voltage motors and distribution equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate both AL and contract technicians.

This role requires 5+ years in plant electrical maintenance, MV systems experience, and strong planning, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in plant electrical maintenance.
• Experience with MV distribution systems and motors.
• Experience in troubleshooting plant electrical maintenance problems.
• CMMS, Maximo preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking.
• Proactive planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work extended hours and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Support safety procedures and policies.
• Provide technical assistance on MV motors and distribution equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance during turnarounds.
• Oversee vendor shop repairs on high voltage equipment.
• Ensure documentation in CMMS (Maximo).
• Develop detailed scopes for electrical projects.
• Coordinate AL and contract technicians to perform maintenance.
• Lead training of facility staff on electrical systems and controls.
• Maintain PM compliance and reduce overdue PMs.
• Plan, manage, and execute major electrical maintenance activities.
