Job summary

Geo Owl in El Paso, TX seeks an HUMINT/Counterintelligence Operations Specialist to support a high-priority Joint Interagency mission. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2026.

You will advise on field collection alignment, draft executive summaries and staff packages, coordinate with interagency partners, and deliver finished intelligence products and SDRs tied to PIRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years of experience; Associates degree with 3 years of experience; 6 years of experience with no degree.
• Graduate of HUMINT/CI/All-source MOS or analytical certification.
• Clear ability to analyze HUMINT and CI data to identify threats and opportunities.
• Experience supporting J2X, HUMINT Operations Cells, or HCTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on field collection alignment with PIRs, LE requests, and USNORTHCOM ICRs.
• Draft executive summaries, staff packages, and decision memos for J2X leadership.
• Plan and coordinate sensitive HUMINT activities and review CONOPs for feasibility.
• Produce all-source analyses and finished intel that identify networks and vulnerabilities.
• Deliver SDRs and targeting packages aligned to PIRs and IIRs.
