Job summary
Geo Owl is seeking a HUMINT/Counterintelligence Operations Specialist to support a high-priority Joint Interagency mission in El Paso, Texas. This full-time CONUS role requires TS/SCI clearance and active participation in planning, collection management, and all-source intelligence production.
The successful candidate will advise on field collection, draft executive briefings, develop SDRs and IIRs, and coordinate with interagency partners to ensure timely, accurate intelligence outputs while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 2 years experience; or Associates with 3 years; or 6 years experience with no degree.
- Experience in HUMINT/CI analysis and interagency liaison.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Advise on field collection alignment with PIRs and interagency requests.
- Draft executive summaries, staff packages, and decision memos.
- Plan sensitive HUMINT activities and review CONOPs.
- Produce finished All-Source Intel with CTCO analysis.
- Deliver SDRs and targeting packages for government review.
- Maintain source records and validation packages per DoD requirements.
