World Relief is seeking a Program Lead, Humanitarian Response to oversee a rapid response mechanism for multi-country humanitarian work. The role requires close collaboration with country programs, regional directors and technical teams to drive design, implementation and accountability.

The position involves consortium coordination with co-leads and other partners, oversight of project activities, and supporting broader program quality, emergency response design, and disaster funding

Responsibilities

• Lead design, process, implementation, monitoring and accountability of the rapid response mechanism.
• Represent World Relief in consortium project management and coordination structures.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors, country leadership, technical teams, finance, security, safeguarding, and program staff across multiple countries.
