• Monitors data and analyzes problems in program eligibility, service delivery or policy implementation.
• Plans and conducts pre-service, in-service and policy update training for staff.
• Designs training materials and curriculums for the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.
• Assists with Quality Management and Assurance monitoring in the Southeast Region.
• Coordinates with State Office and Southeast Region Operations to improve service delivery.
• Provides program guidance and consultation to Southeast Region staff and supervisors.
• Tracks performance data and compiles reports for evaluation and compliance.
