Job summary

Hobson Associates partners with a global manufacturer to hire a Senior Human Resources Manager for a flagship U.S. manufacturing facility in Central Nebraska. This is a strategic, non-administrative HR role on the plant leadership team, with relocation support available.

You will influence senior leaders, develop talent across hourly and salaried workforces, coach plant managers, and drive organizational development, employee relations, and change management to improve performance and culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations background supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Experience coaching plant managers and operational leaders.
• Talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and change management expertise.
• Experience partnering with operations in a large, complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• You will influence senior leaders, challenge the status quo, develop talent, navigate employee relations, and help shape the future of a large manufacturing organization.
• Expected to partner with operations and lead HR initiatives on a flagship facility in Central Nebraska.
• This is not an administrative HR role; strategic leadership on site is required.
