Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage compensation, performance appraisals, and job descriptions within the Human Resources department. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to navigate compliance and reporting requirements in a healthcare setting.

Experience developing and evaluating job descriptions, and working within healthcare environments, will be highly regarded.

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Provides general leadership, guidance, and input regarding specific processes, evaluating options to implement process‑improvement solutions. Conducts internal compliance audits of employee positions impacting job title, job code, and compensation levels, submitting reports and recommendations for resolution to the Director of Human Resources. Represents the Human Resources Department to internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and quality manner.
