STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in a hybrid role with three days in the office. The position supports HR programs, employee relations, talent processes, and day-to-day HR operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent), and is proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as Workday or Dayforce.

**STV** is seeking a **Senior Human Resources Generalist** to join the Human Resources team. This is designated as a **hybrid position (3 days/week in office)** and can be in our **Philadelphia, New York, or Newark offices.** **Overview**The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees across the organization. This role supports the delivery of HR programs, employee relations, talent processes, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations while helping create a positive and engaging employee experience.
