The Cloud Inventory Team is a long-standing innovator in mobile-first supply chain software serving some of the most illustrious brands on the planet. Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Human Resources presence for our Kansas City office. You will work independently to support onsite onboarding, drive strategic HR initiatives, manage local office needs, and maintain strong alignment with the broader HR team. The role requires high accountability, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate onsite onboarding for new team members in the Kansas City office.
  • Drive and support job description review project in partnership with the broader HR team.
  • Manage line-level employee relations matters, escalating complex issues, as needed
  • Serve as administrator for company ATS, managing manager-driven changes and ensuring system data integrity.
  • Respond to requests from SOC audits, internal audits, and external audits related to Human Resources processes.
  • Assist with review and validation of U.S. payroll accuracy.
  • Handle general office management responsibilities to ensure a productive, well-maintained Kansas City office environment.
  • Partner effectively with alternately located HR team to ensure consistency and communication across offices.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Management, or a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience across full-cycle HR functions, to include onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and payroll review or processing.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently as the sole HR representative onsite while collaborating closely with a remote team.
  • Experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification.

Starting Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Position located in Overland Park, KS. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
