Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

1. Act as a liaison between business partners, managers, and all HR functions to address business needs (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, etc.).
2. Provide proactive coaching and training to employees and managers.
3. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
4. Assist with the completion of annual Vet 4212 and EEO 1 reporting, if needed.
5. Support and document HR policies and processes; provide guidance to managers.
6. Manage Disability, Leave of Absences, and Reasonable Accommodations.
7. Analyze HR-related data (e.g., turnover metrics, exit interview data, workforce demographics) and generate reports to guide business leaders.
8. Coach, advise, train, and guide managers in managing employee relations issues, while mitigating exposure and risk to the business.
9. Communicate changes in company policies to employees and managers.
10. Organize and promote HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, pay equity, recruiting practices, and HRIS analytics.
11. Create and implement new HR strategies.
12. Ensure confidentiality of medical records and compliance with all relevant laws, including HIPAA.
