Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business partners, managers, and all HR functions to address business needs (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, etc.).
- Provide proactive coaching and training to employees and managers.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Assist with the completion of annual Vet 4212 and EEO 1 reporting, if needed.
- Support and document HR policies and processes; provide guidance to managers.
- Manage Disability, Leave of Absences, and Reasonable Accommodations.
- Analyze HR-related data (e.g., turnover metrics, exit interview data, workforce demographics) and generate reports to guide business leaders.
- Coach, advise, train, and guide managers in managing employee relations issues, while mitigating exposure and risk to the business.
- Communicate changes in company policies to employees and managers.
- Organize and promote HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, pay equity, recruiting practices, and HRIS analytics.
- Create and implement new HR strategies.
- Ensure confidentiality of medical records and compliance with all relevant laws, including HIPAA.
