Job summary

LHH in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees across the corporate office and support a growing population in Canada. This role blends employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations in a hands-on environment.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead investigations, develop and maintain HR policies, manage recruiting and onboarding, and collaborate on workforce planning while ensuring OSHA compliance and workers’

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting employees in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Experience creating and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Recruiting and ATS management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA, compliance, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace concerns.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruiting activities, including ATS administration, interviewing, and onboarding support.
• Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation requirements, and HR policies.
• Support HR operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide HR support for U.S. employees and assist with Canadian HR matters.

About the Role

Responsibilities
