Job summary

Supply Technologies, a leader in supply chain services, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to partner with warehouse operations leadership across HR functions. You will drive employee relations, staffing strategies, onboarding, and performance management to support operational goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, experience in high-volume environments, and proficiency with UKG. A Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications are preferred; the position is on-site in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role supporting warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in UKG (HCM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR Management (e.g., SHRM/PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employee Relations support and serve as the primary HR liaison for warehouse operations leadership.
• Partner with TA to forecast workforce needs and execute recruitment strategies.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for NA employees.
• Coordinate performance management processes and support coaching and development.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate training programs and promote career development and succession planning.
