SEI Investments Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience. We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to provide strategic HR leadership by driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and workforce planning efforts. This role plays a key part in shaping HR initiatives that align with SEI’s business objectives while ensuring compliance and best practices. The Sr. HRBP will lead organizational alignment and reorganization processes, partnering with senior leaders to enhance overall efficiency and the employee experience.

Ensure the execution of key enterprise HR initiatives and programs, in collaboration with Workforce Development functional areas, to support a high-performance culture and continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, learning and development, benefits, employment practices and compliance as follows:
